Classroom Teacher - The Children's School at Stephens College

Classroom teachers are responsible for designing and implementing curriculum that integrates arts and sciences using developmentally appropriate practices, while simultaneously mentoring pre-Service teachers by modeling effective strategies and supervising their classroom engagement. They must also participate in all school and college activities, assess student progress, and adhere to all established policies and procedures.

A missouri teaching certificate in early childhood or elementary education is required for this position, though prior teaching experience is preferred. Experience integrating arts and sciences into the curriculum is also preferred, and applicants must submit a cv/Resume, cover letter, and three references.
