Instructional Designer Sr, Corporate, FT, Day

The role is responsible for developing interactive instructional material and managing the project implementation of all department-Wide learning initiatives across prisma health. This involves employing best practices in educational design and collaborating with smes to enhance learner experience, performance, and productivity.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a relevant field (Like instructional design technology or computer information sciences) along with three years of experience in it systems or learning and development, or a bachelor's degree with five years of extensive instructional design experience. Required knowledge includes adult education skills and methodologies such as addie, sam, and blooms taxonomy.
