Staff Development Coordinator, RN

The primary function is to orient and educate all nursing personnel in the nursing center to ensure safe and effective nursing care according to established guidelines. This includes developing education programs, supervising new employees during orientation, performing annual competency testing, and overseeing the employee health program.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current rn license and possess excellent clinical nursing skills. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of three years of clinical experience, two years in long-Term care nursing with one year as an educator, and experience in gerontology and adult learning.
