Join Discovery Therapy as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)!

Discovery Therapy, a company that truly cares for our family of therapists, is seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to join our Early Intervention team in Philadelphia County.

As a PCA, you will provide one-on-one support to children with a variety of developmental and/or learning needs in preschools, daycares, or home environments. Our children typically receive support for 4–7 hours each day, and your role will help them thrive in their daily routines and activities.

Positions Available

  • Full-Time
  • Part-Time
  • Contract/Per-Diem (1099 Contractor Position)

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one (1:1) support for children
  • Assist children with behavioral, medical/physical, or neurological needs
  • Implement basic care routines and support developmental goals

Requirements

  • High School Diploma REQUIRED
  • CPR and First Aid certifications REQUIRED
  • Experience supporting children aged 3–5 with behavioral challenges and self-care needs PREFERRED
