Behavior Technician

The behavior technician delivers one-On-One aba therapy services to children with autism, following the guidance in the behavior treatment plan under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst. Responsibilities include encouraging skill acquisition and behavior modification while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with the bacb code of ethics.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and possess a passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-Divergent behaviors, including a minimum of one year of related experience. Applicants need reliable transportation and must complete the 40-Hour registered behavior technician training, with willingness to obtain rbt certification.
