ELA Teacher

The ela content coach will serve as the primary instructional resource for graduation candidates, delivering competency-Based content and supporting personalized learning to guide students toward graduation and post-Secondary success. Key duties include planning and delivering content-Area instruction, monitoring academic progress using assessments, and collaborating with a support team on transition strategies.

A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's preferred, alongside a florida 6-12 secondary certification in english. Candidates must possess over two years of teaching experience, preferably at the high school level, and demonstrate strong skills in communication, time management, and instructional planning.
