Lead Teacher - Branson Learning Center

The lead teacher is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment to promote the positive development of all children by planning, directing, and coordinating academic and nonacademic activities. This role involves carrying out learning objectives for children aged 6 weeks through 12 years, greeting parents, and ensuring all daily tasks like diapering, cleaning, and supply stocking are completed correctly and on time.

Candidates must have 1-2 years of related experience and be at least 18 years of age, with no formal education level explicitly required. Successful candidates must also pass a health screening, obtain annual clearance from the family care safety registry, complete an annual tb test, and obtain heartsaver pediatric cpr/Fa/Aed certification within 30 days of hire.
