Career Navigator

The career navigator provides career assessment, pathing, job-Search assistance, and tailored job leads to goodwill career academy graduates, while tracking outcome data and referring clients to necessary supports. Essential duties include conducting one-On-One counseling, assisting with resumes and interview preparation, administering assessments, and engaging post-Employment to build a network.

Preferred educational background includes an undergraduate degree or specialized training in related fields, or equivalent experience, with job development or placement experience being a plus, alongside demonstrated aptitude with windows and microsoft office suite. Candidates must be at least 21, possess a valid driver's license with a good record, pass a criminal background check, and maintain compliance with drug and alcohol policies.
