School Based Therapist (Centralia/Hallsville)

The therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy, conduct assessments, render diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-Based practices. Key duties include maintaining accurate documentation, participating in case staffings, and collaborating with internal teams and community partners to ensure service authorization and transitions in care.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a relevant human services field and hold active licensure or be license-Eligible (Lpc, lcsw, lmft) in the state of practice, with willingness to obtain licensure in additional states if necessary. Experience with co-Occurring disorders is preferred, alongside strong skills in clinical documentation, assessment, and communication.
