Youth Treatment Specialist

Treatment specialists coordinate, supervise, and participate in client activities and their daily schedule to ensure successful implementation of treatment plans. This includes providing trauma-Informed residential services through individual and group interactions within the facility.

Candidates must obtain a chemical dependency counselor assistant (Cdca) certification within a set period, paid for by the employee, and possess a high school diploma or ged. A valid driver's license with four points or less is also required, with cpr and first aid certifications needed within three months of hire.
