Youth Care Worker 3rd Shift

The youth care worker is primarily responsible for the direct supervision of unaccompanied children, ensuring continuous line-Of-Sight and providing quality care according to agency policies during their assigned shift. This includes assisting children with personal needs, overseeing activities, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and bilingual in english and spanish, possessing a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A required minimum of one year of experience working with children in child welfare, medical, or social service settings is necessary.
