Youth Care Worker - Female SIL - Full Time

The youth care worker will guide and mentor transition-Age youth in meeting goals outlined in their service plans while maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality. Responsibilities include delivering life skill lessons, administering medication, providing necessary transportation, and facilitating group activities.

Candidates must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid pa driver’s license with required insurance and clearances (Act 33/34 and fbi). A bachelor's degree is preferred, but a high school diploma or ged is accepted if accompanied by related experience.
