Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for Toddler 2 students. Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration. Observe and assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's development and daily activities. Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive learning community. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning and creativity. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Support children's social and emotional development through positive interactions.
Requirements
Must possess an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) certification. Experience working with toddlers in a classroom setting is preferred. Strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. First Aid and CPR certification is a plus. Passion for early childhood education and child development. Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional growth.
