Part Time Summer Programs Job Coach | $20.00 / hour

The summer programs job coach will assist high school students with disabilities by providing employment supports using individualized techniques and teaching strategies on the job. Essential functions include promoting work-Related skills, providing coaching and feedback, assessing job site appropriateness, and ensuring supports meet organizational and funder requirements.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though an associate's or bachelor's degree in human services or a business-Related field is preferred. Candidates should ideally have at least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in supported employment.
