Middle School Day Camp Counselor (Summer 2026)

This role is responsible for implementing safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate programs for middle school campers, contributing to their physical, mental, and social-Emotional growth through intentional activities and positive role modeling. Counselors must supervise campers, lead activities according to lesson plans, maintain program areas, and consistently model ymca core values.

Applicants must be at least 20 years old and possess a valid driver's license, with the ability to operate a 14-Passenger minibus. A minimum of one year of experience working with youth in recreation, education, or enrichment programs is required, along with obtaining necessary certifications within 30 days of employment.
