The program facilitator conducts various group programs for inmates/Residents, interviews and assesses participants to determine needs, and implements a wide range of program activities following a standard curriculum. This role involves planning, facilitating workshops, and maintaining an environment conducive to learning and personal growth while supervising all program activity.

Requirements summary

A high school diploma, ged, or equivalent is required, along with sixty (60) credit hours of college coursework, although relevant experience may substitute for education year-For-Year. A valid driver’s license is mandatory, and experience with custody and control of inmates/Residents is preferred.
