Lower School Teacher & Mentor

The primary function involves delivering christ-Centered classroom instruction that excels academically, spiritually, and socially within a structured environment, actively engaging students through varied teaching methods aligned with the school's philosophy. Responsibilities include fully integrating a christian worldview into instruction, developing student faith in partnership with families, and maximizing each student's potential for academic success through collaboration with faculty.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a bs/Ba degree in early childhood/Elementary education, with previous teaching experience of 3-5 years preferred, and must be a committed, born-Again christian in agreement with the school's statement of faith. Essential personal attributes include a humble spirit, a growth mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational abilities, and strong computer skills.
