Registered Behavior Technician - RBT/BT - Full-Time

The role involves supporting individuals with autism in various settings by teaching daily living and social skills using evidence-Based treatments, while also collecting and summarizing unbiased data during sessions. Responsibilities include implementing therapy plans designed by a bcba and collaborating effectively with the clinical team and families.

Candidates must possess a high-School diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance for in-Home service provision. New hires must complete a 40-Hour paid training course and be eligible to pass the rbt exam within 45 days of hiring.
