Camp Counselor, Sports Camp, JCC Summer Day Camp

Primary responsibilities include ensuring the safety and well-Being of campers during structured and unstructured time while creating a fun, joyful, and inclusive group dynamic. Counselors must lead, co-Lead, and support various activities including arts, sports, and swimming in partnership with co-Counselors and camp leadership.

Candidates must have genuine enjoyment working with children, strong safety awareness, and leadership qualities such as patience and flexibility, along with the ability to build meaningful relationships. Minimum education is 10th grade or equivalent, preferred experience is 1+ season working with children in roles like camp, babysitting, or coaching.
