Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will support clinical staff by providing direct patient care, assisting with behavioral health interventions, and ensuring a safe environment for children with developmental disabilities or autism. Key duties include implementing treatment plans, collecting objective data according to bacb standards, and adhering to all company policies and supervision requirements.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though experience working directly with children in educational or therapeutic settings is highly preferred. Prior experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is beneficial but not mandatory for this entry-Level role.
