Direct Support Professional II

The registered behavior technician supports the implementation of positive behavior support plans, collects and analyzes data, and assists with assessments under the supervision of clinical directors. Responsibilities also include maintaining compliance with dds regulations and ethical codes.

Candidates must have an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology or education, prior direct care experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, and must complete the bacb-Approved 40-Hour training program and pass required examinations. A valid driver’s license and means of transportation are also mandatory.
