Severe Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide exceptional behavior treatment services for children and adults with autism spectrum disorders using aba-Based therapy, working closely with patients and families to achieve individualized goals under bcba supervision. Responsibilities also include teaching essential life skills and meticulously collecting and reporting data on client progress.

Candidates should possess a natural passion to serve others and may have experience working with individuals with special needs, in crisis situations, or possess a background in psychology or education. Successful applicants must adhere to all policies, maintain safety standards, and effectively communicate with clients, families, and colleagues.
