Fitness Instructor

Fitness coaches are responsible for leading and motivating members through pre-Defined, science-Backed workouts while ensuring correct form and providing necessary corrections. They must also understand the science behind the heart-Rate focused training programs and be proficient in demonstrating all utilized equipment.

No degree is required for this position; however, candidates must possess a national fitness certification (Nasm, ace, issa, or ncca accredited equivalent) or be able to obtain one. The ideal candidate must also possess the ability to genuinely connect with and motivate others.
