Skills trainer - Johnson county

This dual role involves providing approximately 50% skills training, including one-On-One supervision and support based on treatment plans, and 50% office support, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and providing administrative/Clinical assistance. Essential functions include conducting skills training, participating in multidisciplinary treatment teams, and coordinating facility operations within a behavioral health environment.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in adult education, working with populations with learning disabilities, forensic populations, or severe mental illness. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and obtain cpr/First aid and mental health first aid certifications within the first 30 days of employment.
