Job description

  • We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! (no prior soccer experience required) Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all.
  • Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children.
  • This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development.
  • New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and can earn from $18 per hour up to $35 per hour.
  • Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success And finally, our coaches have a blast.
  • They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey.
  • All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual Location: Classes are held at schools, daycares, pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers across NOVA.
  • Depending on the location of the coach's primary residence they may be required to travel up to an hour to get to a class location.
  • High school diploma with some college (preferred) You must hold a valid driver's license, and a reliable personal transportation.
  • The ideal candidate would be available most Monday-Saturday mornings and/or afternoons.
