[26-27] Teacher - Kindergarten/1st Grade

Teachers are responsible for delivering curriculum consistent with constructivist learning theory, developing project-Based units, and engaging in ongoing assessment of student progress to tailor instruction. They must also participate in a collaborative professional team environment and maintain frequent communication with stakeholders.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and appropriate missouri elementary teacher certification, along with a minimum of two years of preferred experience teaching early elementary grades. Experience working with diverse populations and a passion for constructivist, project-Based pedagogical practices are essential.
