Youth Development Coach

The youth development coach supports the treatment team by providing trauma-Focused services to clients in the residential program, assisting with daily departmental functions. Essential duties include ensuring client care and supervision, helping clients with daily activities, participating in recreation, providing necessary transportation, and completing required daily documentation.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though experience working in human services with at-Risk, emotionally disordered males aged 10-18 is preferred. Candidates must possess knowledge of youth behavior patterns and modification methods, along with a valid driver's license.
