Job Coach

The job coach will work directly with individuals to support their employment goals by providing on-The-Job coaching, training, and support while building and maintaining relationships with local employers and community partners. Responsibilities also include monitoring progress, implementing service plans, maintaining professional boundaries, and ensuring client rights are advocated for.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and proof of auto insurance. Experience in human services or employment support is preferred, though training is provided for the role.
