Training And Development Specialist

The learning and development specialist supports staff development by assessing, coordinating, and facilitating training programs, while also developing and maintaining high-Quality systems for learning management and compliance tracking. This role involves presenting training materials, recommending external education opportunities, and managing the scheduling and documentation of all required and revenue-Producing training sessions.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in training and development, human resources, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of training experience. Preferred qualifications include american sign language fluency, advanced presentation skills, and proficiency with multimedia training platforms, especially relias learning.
