The instructor is primarily responsible for providing active and effective learning for students in all applicable educational settings, acting as professional and academic role models, and teaching both didactic and clinical courses. This includes organizing and delivering class objectives, maintaining a safe environment, developing curriculum, and evaluating student performance.

Candidates must possess an active and unencumbered rn licensure in florida, along with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, and a bsn is required while an msn is preferred. Essential qualifications include the ability to accurately demonstrate clinical skills, provide engaging educational content adapted to diverse learning styles, and maintain excellent communication.
