Inclusion Aide

The inclusion aide assists participants with special needs to engage in recreation programs, adapting activities and equipment to ensure quality and independent participation. Responsibilities also include following participant plans, providing behavior management when necessary, and communicating daily with parents.

Applicants must be at least 17 years old and possess a minimum high school diploma, with previous experience working with special needs children being desired. Required qualifications include passing a background check, having reliable transportation, and possessing strong decision-Making, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
