HEP Recruiter

The hep recruiter is responsible for identifying, recruiting, admitting, and enrolling 70 migrant and seasonal farmworker students annually from communities across albuquerque and new mexico. This role involves developing and implementing outreach programs, maintaining community partnerships, and serving as the primary program representative.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree plus at least two years of directly related experience, along with fluency in both english and spanish (Oral and written). Candidates must possess a valid new mexico driver's license and be willing to travel in-State for recruitment activities.
