Core responsibilities
As a behavior technician in the aba program, the role involves assisting with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the supervision of a licensed board-Certified behavior analyst (Bcba). The technician will support clinicians in helping children and their families learn new skills through effective therapy techniques.
Requirements summary
Preferred qualifications include experience and/Or training in applied behavior analysis technician work, or the desire to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification through provided training and supervision. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-Paced environment, maintain a positive attitude, and possess exceptional communication and customer service skills.
