Lead RBT

The lead rbt will partner with bcbas to deliver play-Based aba therapy, serving as a mentor and clinical resource to new and existing team members. Responsibilities also include collecting and accurately recording client behavioral data and participating in weekly team meetings.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, active rbt certification, and either active safety care certification or the ability to obtain it within 60 days. A minimum of one year of experience as an rbt at westside or two years in a comparable aba outpatient clinical setting is required.
