Job coach(Paid training)

The job coach will assist individuals in preparing for and obtaining competitive integrated employment by performing job coaching, employment assessment, and teaching duties. Responsibilities also include reinforcing work tasks, implementing accommodations, and maintaining compliance with agency regulations.

A high school diploma or ged equivalent is required, though experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or mental health disabilities is preferred. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a valid driver's license, and must pass required background checks.
