Co-Teacher - IDEA Achieve Academy (26-27)

Co-Teachers are responsible for implementing the direct instruction curriculum under guidance, ensuring students achieve mastery through clear instruction and level-Based grouping. They must also assist in student educational development, maintain records, communicate progress weekly, and implement consistent behavior management systems.

Candidates must possess at least 48 college hours or a bachelor's degree, along with a minimum of one year of experience working with children in a classroom or volunteer setting. Essential qualifications include the ability and motivation to master the direct instruction curriculum and strong skills in instruction, behavior management, organization, and communication.
