Core responsibilities
Teachers are responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and play, while implementing the montessori + stem™ curriculum tailored to individual child needs. This role also involves partnering with parents and collaborating with center staff and leadership to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess 12 core ece units, including completion of an infant/Toddler course, along with montessori credentials and a child care developmental associate (Cda) credential. Additional requirements include a willingness to change diapers, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask and remain organized while meeting state employment criteria.
