Behavior Technician

The primary function involves providing direct, one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) treatment to children with autism spectrum disorder, focusing on teaching functional skills and reducing problematic behaviors across various settings. Technicians must follow treatment plans developed by a supervising bcba, adhere to data collection standards, and collaborate on client progress communication.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged equivalent and be able to pass all background checks and required trainings, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain various physical postures for extended periods. Willingness to work in diverse environments and drive within a 30-Mile radius for client treatment is mandatory, along with maintaining professional conduct and confidentiality.
