Childcare Staff – Before & After School

Staff are responsible for facilitating hands-On activities following the healthy kids curriculum, including fitness, steam, academic, and art activities, alongside providing homework assistance. They must maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment, act as positive role models, and communicate daily with parents via the playground app.

Minimum qualifications include being 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably one year of experience working with children under 13. Candidates must be warm, friendly, upbeat, reliable, and physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and keeping up with children.
