Childcare Staff – Before & After School

Staff members are responsible for facilitating hands-On activities aligned with the healthy kids curriculum, including fitness, steam, academics, art, and homework assistance, while maintaining a safe, clean, and fun environment. They must also report on time, stay until the last child leaves, and communicate daily with parents via the playground app.

Minimum qualifications include being 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably one year of experience working with children under 13. Candidates must be medically cleared, warm, friendly, upbeat, professional, reliable, prompt, and physically capable of bending, stretching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
