Assistant Teacher - Pre K

The assistant teacher will support the lead teacher by implementing age-Appropriate lesson plans and actively engaging with children to foster their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Responsibilities also include preparing classroom materials, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and assisting with daily care routines.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with an associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education preferred, alongside previous experience working with young children in a licensed setting. Applicants must also demonstrate empathy, the ability to work productively without supervision, pass state background checks, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
