Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Behavior technicians provide direct client care in 1

1 and group settings, implementing prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols outlined in the client's treatment plan. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring timely documentation is completed according to procedures.

Candidates must hold and maintain current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification from the bacb and possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged. Applicants must also be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and be physically capable of performing job duties including lifting up to 50lbs and moving quickly.
