Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide will support a mixed-Age montessori classroom (Infant, toddler, and children’s house ages 0-6) by observing children, maintaining the learning environment, and assisting with individualized and small-Group activities. Key duties include building respectful relationships with children and families while collaborating with lead guides to foster a strong classroom community.

Candidates must have experience working with children aged 3-6 in a school or childcare setting and possess a positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset. Interest in growing within the montessori approach is valued, although prior montessori experience is not mandatory.
