Daily Substitute Teacher

Responsibilities include preparing and delivering modified lesson plans, differentiating instruction to meet diverse student needs, and maintaining accurate student progress records using research-Based best practices. Teachers must also manage student behavior, create a positive learning environment, and incorporate technology into daily instruction.

Candidates must possess an active and current ohio state teaching license in the appropriate content area and hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field. Essential qualities include comfort in a growth-Focused coaching environment, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage confidential information, and passing federal and state criminal background checks.
