Youth Care Worker

The youth care worker will ensure safety and provide continuous supervision for the youth in the program while fostering a supportive atmosphere tailored to student needs. Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting student activities, assisting with various educational and recreational events, and collaborating with professional staff to meet treatment plan goals.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess either a high school diploma or ged along with 40 hours of college education, or one year of experience working with youth in organized group activities. The role requires dedication to improving the lives of troubled and at-Risk youth.
