Career and Academic Advisor

The advisor performs specialized work in academic recruitment, advisement, registration, and orientation for general student populations, while also handling and protecting protected health information (Phi) according to hipaa rules. Key duties include assisting with new student orientation, developing retention strategies, monitoring at-Risk students, and advising students on academic programs, career planning, and graduation requirements.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field, along with three years of related experience. A master's degree is preferred and can substitute for one year of the required experience.
