Clubhouse Employment Coordinator

The coordinator provides individual and group support to members, developing action plans to improve life skills and self-Determination within established work areas. This role also oversees and engages membership in various employment components like transitional employment, supported employment, and vocational training.

A bachelor's degree in mental health, social services, or business is required, along with one to three years of experience in the human services field, though experience may substitute for academic training in some cases. Candidates must also meet specific driving requirements, including being at least 21 years old with a valid license for six months.
