The teacher is responsible for fostering a safe, nurturing, and achievement-Oriented learning environment while driving outstanding student achievement through organized systems and engaging curriculum implementation. This includes collaborating with diverse communities, meeting the needs of all students, and ensuring teaching methods meet or surpass academic standards.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a current california teaching credential with proper subject matter authorization, or be enrolled in a credentialing program. A master's degree is strongly preferred, along with solid knowledge of subject matter, california common core state standards, and the ability to analyze student data.
