The behavior technician will help children with autism learn, grow, and build communication, socialization, and self-Help skills through play-Based therapy using applied behavior analysis (Aba). Responsibilities include gaining training and skills to support a career in behavior analysis or related fields, and creating lasting, positive change for children and their families.

Requirements summary

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the us, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Availability for a consistent weekly schedule including mornings, afternoons, and/Or evenings is required, as is the ability to pass a background check.
