Therapeutic Youth Mentor

The therapeutic youth mentor builds trusting, professional relationships with youth receiving mental health services, serving as a positive role model while supporting them in achieving treatment plan goals. Responsibilities include facilitating skill-Building activities, providing crisis support, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary treatment team.

Applicants must be 21 years or older, possess a high school diploma or ged, and have a valid driver's license to operate a passenger vehicle. Required abilities include strong therapeutic engagement skills, knowledge of professional boundaries, excellent communication, and proficiency in electronic health record documentation.
